Le berceau - The crib

Ce week-end, nous assemblons le berceau. Apres un tres beau travail d'equipe, nous admirons notre oeuvre pour decouvrir que le matelas (qui etait pourtant sur l'etagere juste a cote du berceau a IKEA) est bien trop grand pour le lit. Donc comme souvent, nous devrons retourner a IKEA pour l'echanger.

This weekend, we assembled the crib. After a nice team effort, we realized that the mattress, although right next the crib on the shelf at IKEA, was way too big. So one more time, we will have to go back to exchange it.Ce weekend, j'ai aussi craque avec mes premiers achats (a part le berceau) pour bebe (a presque 7 mois de grossesse, je suis assez fiere de moi). Voila donc les deux pyjamas et j'en ai profite pour ajouter une photo des couvertures toutes douces que j'ai cousu il y a quelques mois.

I also added pictures of my first splurge for baby: two pajamas I bought this weekend. Plus a picture of the very soft receiving blankets I made a few months ago.
